Urban Planning Law is a branch of law that regulates the design, infrastructure, construction, revision, expropriation, and other related activities carried out to ensure that settlements and existing structures in these areas are established in accordance with planning, technical, health, and environmental requirements, adapted to economic and social conditions, and to maintain public order. It encompasses many legal disciplines such as Administrative Law, Energy Law, Criminal Law, and architectural sciences. Urban Planning Law includes Law No. 3194 on Urban Planning, as well as many other special laws and regulations.
