Labour and Social Security Law

Due to the state’s involvement in this regulation, the relationships between the employee and employer and organisations such as the Ministry of Labour, the Social Security Institution, the Turkish Employment Agency, Trade Unions and Associations also fall within the scope of Labour Law.
